thursday dry land cancelled....

it looks like we got lots of snow and freezing rain for the new year's eve dry land practice at school. dry land is therefore cancelled; but make sure you spend some time over the weekend doing 3000 pushups in your living room to make up for it. also do 5000 situps. happy new year!

st. rose this wednesday...

wednesday night is the Bucs' first home meet at the JCC. the meet starts at 8 p.m. but the swimmers are required to be there by 730. this is a home meet, so all swimmers must transport themselves to and from the meet; there will not be bus transportation. st. rose added some speed and depth this year, so the meet should be exciting! see you there.

manasquan proves too strong...

once again, manasquan is just out of reach for the Bucs. we can tip our hats to them because they prove themselves to be a powerful force every year. but the Bucs did a great job to let them know that we are a force to be reckoned with. we had some great swims and some great relays, and this loss will do very little to diminish the Bucs' confidence. great job to everyone who competed and gave it their all!

Bucs storm Neptune...

both boys and girls stormed Neptune last night, winning in convincing fashion. It was a great way to start the season and demonstrate their depth and talent. Congratulations BUCS!
